After a lot of research and visits to several showrooms, I went with Sussex Eco Solutions for the installation of my wood burning stove and oak mantel beam, and I couldn’t be happier with the excellent level of customer service they provided. From my initial enquiry through to installation, their showroom staff, admin team and installers were all extremely friendly and helpful. The installation team arrived promptly on the day, were very professional, knowledgable and respectful of my home. There was minimal disruption and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They took time to explain the installation process beforehand, showed me how to operate the stove safely for optimum heat output and how to keep it in good working order. I would highly recommend the services of Sussex Eco Solutions.
