35 cm enamelled cast-iron plancha

At the heart of the CIRCLE 35 is a substantial 35 cm enamelled cast-iron plancha. Its excellent heat retention creates different cooking zones across the circular surface, allowing you to sear meat and fish in the hotter centre while cooking vegetables or more delicate ingredients towards the outer edge.

The centre of the plancha can reach temperatures of up to approximately 300°C, while the outer area reaches around 200°C, giving you the flexibility to cook different foods at the same time.

The raised outer rim also helps contain cooking juices and food, while the enamelled surface is durable and easy to clean.

Bioethanol powered

The CIRCLE 35 uses liquid bioethanol rather than charcoal, gas or electricity. The clean-burning fuel produces a genuine flame without the smoke and soot associated with traditional charcoal grilling.

Its 650 ml fuel capacity provides approximately 2–4 hours of burning time, depending on the flame setting and operating conditions.

There is no gas bottle, electrical connection or charcoal required, making the CIRCLE 35 a flexible option for tabletop cooking.
